Beth Buxton is an award winner Film Maker and Fashion Stylist based in London. Buxton made her Directorial debut with Doll Valley and has since gone on to make numerous short fashion & art  films.

She graduated from Manchester University with a Bachelor Degree with Honours in Furniture Design & Making. Buxton started her career by assisting fashion stylists Sarah Cobb and Karl Plewka working on editorials, shows and advertising campaigns. Her experience within the fashion world helped to form a strong visual aesthetic as a Director.


Buxton is the Founder and Editor in Chief of Red Thread Journal - a bi-annual print publication and film platform - where she honed her creative and production skills. Her diversity can be seen as one of her greatest strengths, in an industry that is continually expanding and crossing artistic boundaries.
